Pour filtered water in the underneath, freshly ground coffee beans goes in the Middle section and the top chamber is where the brewed coffee Finishes. Once the three sections are Pieced together they function as a single Unit. Steam pressure Presses the hot water upward Throughout the center chamber and Pressures it upward into the top waiting decanter. When it is in the brewing process the moka pot will Make many noises, spits, and hisses Allowing you know that it is Producing hard to present you the best Cup of esporesso. When the sound Discontinues your coffee is ready.
When the espresso Completes brewing pour half of it into the mixing container and add with the sugar mixture. Launch stirring quickly to make a foamy topping. Once this mix is Completed pour the rest of the espresso from the stainless steel espresso maker into the mixing container and stir very quickly again.
This step will take practice but will make a Supreme nice thick foam similar to crema. Pour the finished mix into a heated espresso cup. You can use a spoon to scoop the foam out and into the cups.

Fill the bottom Compartment below the safety valve (or it will End up all over your kitchen
Use filtered water. Do not user Regualr water from your unfiltered sink water especially if it is very Bleachy
Use a good Supreme finely ground coffee and put in the container but remember Do not to Over pack it
Never cram down the coffee
Put on medium heat or A lower heat in no way high
Do not let the coffee Come to a raging boil, as soon as coffee reaches the top, Remove instantly from heat
It is recomended to throw away the first 2 or 3 batches of coffee ( you may want to just use water only, no coffee beans) before first use to prevent any Metalic hint.
To Ensure a long life to the Moka Express:
Never under any circumstances use high heat
Rinse all the parts with warm water, Never use the Dishwasher, nor is it recommended to submurse to maker in water
Towel dry with a Really soft towel
Make sure it is 100% dry before Putting it away
Store parts Seperatly, do not put it together Ever, unless you are going to use it.
You will want to replace the rubber seals once it is required
Just Keep in mind that all seals must be taut, this machine operates on pressure.
